How a session works
- Pick your contest. Choose AMC 10 or 12, a year, and the test that year ran — then jump to any of its 25 problems. Or start from a topic instead and let the app choose.
- Answer. Use the mouse or the number keys 1–5, then press Enter. Stuck? Reveal a hint first, or jump straight to the solution — revealing counts as a miss, which is what keeps topic practice honest.
- Review. Read the worked solution, open the AoPS page for alternate approaches, or copy the whole problem into ChatGPT for a tailored explanation. Everything you answer turns up in History.
Where the problems come from
Problem text, answers, hints, and solutions come from the LIVE by Po-Shen Loh past-contest archive, which hosts official American Mathematics Competitions material with permission of the Mathematical Association of America. The problems remain the property of the MAA; Math Olympiad Pilot is an unofficial study tool and is not affiliated with the MAA, the AMC, or LIVE.
