Solution

Let II be the incenter. Because BI\overline{BI} bisects B\angle B and MNBC,MN \parallel BC, alternate angles give MIB=IBC=MBI,\angle MIB = \angle IBC = \angle MBI, so MBI\triangle MBI is isosceles with MB=MI.MB = MI. Similarly NC=NI.NC = NI. Therefore the perimeter of AMN\triangle AMN is AM+MN+NA=AM+(MI+IN)+NA=AM+MB+NC+NA=AB+AC=12+18=30. \begin{gathered} AM + MN + NA \\ = AM + (MI + IN) + NA \\ = AM + MB + NC + NA \\ = AB + AC = 12 + 18 = 30. \end{gathered} Thus, the correct answer is B.
