Solution

There are ⌊200/6⌋=33\lfloor200/6\rfloor=33 multiples of 66, ⌊200/15⌋=13\lfloor200/15\rfloor=13 multiples of 1515, and ⌊200/30⌋=6\lfloor200/30\rfloor=6 multiples of both (that is, of 3030), so 33+13−6=4033+13-6=40 numbers are divisible by 66 or 1515.

Such a number that is also divisible by 1010 is divisible by lcm⁡(6,10)=30\operatorname{lcm}(6,10)=30 or by lcm⁡(15,10)=30\operatorname{lcm}(15,10)=30; that is, it is one of the 66 multiples of 3030. Hence the answer is 40−6=3440-6=\boxed{34}.
