Since 33 bananas cost as much as 22 apples, 1818 bananas cost as much as 1212 apples. Since 66 apples cost as much as 44 oranges, 1212 apples cost as much as 88 oranges. Therefore 1818 bananas cost as much as 88 oranges. Thus, the correct answer is B.
